Lorraine has commissioned a unique table from Jaz Asbury . This fabulous metal and resin table is a feature in one of our guest lounges.

Lorraine will be re-furbishing one of our rooms early next year using the fantastic wallpaper and furnishings from Timorous Beasties . Watch our blog for more news on this fantastic project!

Update 2nd Feb 2010:- The curtains and wallpaper are now being made. The wallpaper takes 8 weeks until its ready. The project is well in hand and everything should be ready for the Easter week-end. This room (Blue room) will be re-named the Thistle room and will be my favourite in the house. The ensuite will also have the fabulous large tiles as featured already in the Floral. These will be even more stunning as will be polished Blue Dorato. If you are looking for unusual fabulous tiles please contact Trevor at Stone Source Inverness as they have now supplied tiles for all of our ensuites and also granite work surfaces for our apartment.

Cafe 1 is another firm favourite of Koshal and Lorraine's and their guests. Situated on Castle Street , Norman has added a wine bar area to his very popular resturant. His tempura prawns and squid are Lorraine's favourite. Norman is a wine buff and serves not only fabulous food but wonderful wines!

While dining in Rocpool we met Jane and Alan Hunter who run and own this lovely hotel in Aberlour, Moray . Well worth a visit.
